The Sponsor/Promoter of the Sweepstakes is Spinly (“Spinly”), with its Registered Office being 2nd Floor, Ellen L. Skelton Building, Fishers Lane, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands VG1110. Your Participation in the Spinly Sweepstakes is subject to these official rules, which are part of the Spinly Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility to Play Spinly

To participate in Promotional Play, you must be an "Eligible Participant" meeting the following criteria:

• Age: You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or have reached the age of majority in your respective jurisdiction (some jurisdictions require Participants to be at least 19).
• Location: You must be a legal resident of the "Permitted Territories," which encompass the United States, excluding: California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, West Virginia, and other territories prohibited by law.
• Exclusions: Employees of Spinly, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members or household members are ineligible to participate.

2. How to Obtain Sweepstakes Coins

An active Customer Account is required, which can be created at no cost by visiting[https://www.spinlyreview.com/www.Spinly.com]. Eligible Participants can collect Sweepstakes Coins (SC) in four ways:

A. As a free gift when purchasing Gold Coins Participants may be given SC as a free gift when buying specific packages of Gold Coins. Gold Coins are for social gameplay only and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.

B. Social Media no-cost giveaways Participants can receive SC by engaging with Spinly’s social media giveaway promotions (e.g., sharing posts or answering questions).

C. Account Login (Hourly Bonus) Participants can collect complimentary SC once every six (6) hours by logging in, waiting for the Hourly Bonus/Gift pop-up screen, and clicking the "Claim" button.

D. Postal Request Effective January 1, 2026, Participants can receive three (3) Sweepstakes Coins by mailing a Request Card.

• Requirements: Use a standard, unfolded 4" x 6" white postcard or sheet of white paper. Place it inside a stamped #10 envelope. The request must be handwritten in blue or black ink. Only one Request Card per envelope.

• What to Write (Front of Envelope): Return address and name as shown on government-issued ID.
• What to Write (On the Card): 1. A unique 12-digit Postal Request Code (generated from your account, valid for 60 days). 2. Full name as shown on your government ID. 3. The email address registered to your Spinly account. 4. The return/residential address registered to your Spinly account. 5. The Date the postal code was requested. 6. The heading: “Sweepstakes Request”. 7. The exact statement: “I am submitting this postcard to enter the Spinly Sweepstakes and receive three Sweepstakes Coins. By entering, I acknowledge that I have read, agree, and understand that I am bound by The Spinly Sweepstakes Rules and Terms and Conditions.”

3. Using Sweepstakes Coins for Gameplay

• Sweepstakes Coins collected through Gameplay can be exchanged for Prizes. 1 Sweepstakes Coin is equal to one dollar.
• Only winnings from Games played with SC may be redeemed.
• Playthrough Requirement: Spinly may require that SC allocated to a Participant must be used a greater number of times (not exceeding 20) in any combination of games before they can be redeemed for Prizes.

4. Prize Redemption Rules

• Minimum Balance: A Participant's account must hold a balance of at least 100 eligible Sweepstakes Coins (value of $100 or more) before requesting a Prize redemption.
• State Specific Limits: In New York and Florida, the maximum redemption value won on any single spin or play is capped at $5,000.
• Daily Limits: Spinly reserves the right to impose a daily Prize redemption limit of $1,000.
• Verification: All potential winners are subject to verification. A Participant's details must successfully match their account.
• Taxes: Participants are liable for any applicable taxes. Spinly reserves the right to issue a 1099-MISC form and may mandate the completion of a W-9 form for redemptions totaling $600 or greater (must be completed within 72 hours).

5. General Conditions & Liability

• All data collected is subject to the [Spinly Privacy Policy] available at www.Spinly.com.
• The Released Parties are not liable for technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or mistakenly deleted SC (recourse is limited to replacement of equivalent SC).
• All matters concerning the construction, validity, and enforceability of these Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
